The image shown is an album cover I created, using images from a variety of sources found on the internet. An editing programme, Adobe Photoshop, was used to manipulate the images to create a scene that depicts a futuristic London. I can teach you how to achieve a similar effect, that will allow you to create a digital collage of imagery.
